Donations made through CanadaHelps are processed by CanadaHelps under their own privacy policy — we receive your name, contact details and gift amount for tax-receipting and donor records.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, process memberships and donations, issue tax receipts, send newsletters and program updates to people who have asked for them, and improve our programs and services. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and email delivery service) only as needed to provide those services, and when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
